1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Fleet and insurance features are intended for businesses operating motor vehicles in jurisdictions where we offer coverage.
We may refuse or suspend access if information you provide is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
3. Platform and insurance roles
Dyrect provides software and workflow tools for fleet managers, brokers, and partners. Dyrect is not an insurer and does not underwrite risk.
Motor insurance policies displayed or issued through the platform are underwritten by Vanguard Assurance Company Limited (or another disclosed licensed insurer). Policy terms, premiums, exclusions, and claims outcomes are governed by the insurer's policy documents, not by this platform agreement alone.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
We may require multi-factor authentication, email or phone verification, and periodic credential updates to protect accounts and sensitive insurance data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
You must provide accurate information about drivers, vehicles, claims, and payments. Misrepresentation may void coverage, delay claims, or result in account termination.
6. Fees and payments
Subscription, transaction, or service fees (if any) will be disclosed before you incur them. Premiums and insurer charges are separate and governed by insurer billing rules.
Failed or reversed payments may suspend access to quoting, binding, or claims features until balances are resolved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dyrect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, insurer decisions, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Insurance coverage disputes must be resolved with the underwriting insurer under the applicable policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where required.
Questions about these terms: contact support through the channels listed on our website or in your organization settings.
